Position Overview
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Casework - Conduct needs and risk assessment for complex/high risk cases.
- Formulate, implement, and evaluate casework intervention plans.
- Engage stakeholders for assessment and intervention.
- Conduct outreach and engage client’s family, where applicable, to develop action plans.
- Manage ethical dilemmas while taking into account range of information independently.
- Facilitate and lead low/moderate risk case conferences in multi-disciplinary settings.
- Utilise and articulate theories and techniques and customise the use of tools and approaches for intended outcome.
Group Work - Use appropriate approaches indifferent groups /settings.
- Conduct specialised groups for specific outcome.
- Assess and capitalize group dynamics to create positive impact.
- Manage and guide the management of challenging behaviours.
