Assistant Security Manager who leads with confidence, anticipates risks before they arise, and works behind the scenes to make every guest and colleague feel protected and at ease from the very first moment. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you'll mostly be: Support the Security Manager in overseeing daily security operations Lead and supervise the security team to ensure high standards of professionalism Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and emergency procedures Conduct risk assessments, investigations, and incident reporting Coordinate emergency response and crisis management Work closely with hotel operations to deliver a secure yet warm guest experience Manage training, discipline, and performance of security officers
