Position Overview
- Assist in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets of the restaurant.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and event organizers.
- Generate business for restaurant dining, private events, parties, and catering services.
- Handle guest inquiries, quotations, reservations, and event coordination.
- Conduct client meetings and property presentations.
- Coordinate with Operations and F&B teams for smooth event execution.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain sales records, client databases, and revenue reports.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients for repeat business.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the hospitality industry.
- Assist in social media promotions and partnership activities when required.
