You will serve as the branchβs lead practitioner, demonstrating elite closing proficiency by managing strategic accounts while simultaneously building the scalable training, playbooks, and coaching systems that enable the wider team to succeed. You are also a Player-Coach who ensures every customer journey is fast, seamless, and high-quality.
