Reporting to: Sales Supervisor/Zonal Sales Manager
Role Summary
We are looking for a driven Assistant Sales Manager to strengthen and expand our regional channel network. This is a field-focused execution role responsible for developing distributors, agents, and resellers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring strong brand penetration across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads, identify and visit the potential clients regularly (distributors, agents, resellers)
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closures
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support partner promotions
- Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback
- Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and internal teams for trainings and promotions
