- Deliver superior customer experience
Key Responsibilities
- Sales: Solicit and promote sales of PF products
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to group targets
- Prepare and proactively execute sales plans for prospective customers using internal marketing and self‑generated leads
- Set appointments, carry out sales call visits when necessary, prospect and engage new‑to‑bank customers early
- Cross‑sell other retail banking products such as ASB, PF‑i, credit cards, etc.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high standard of customer experience in line with the bank compliance quality standards
- Ensure compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures
- Protect the image and brand of the bank
