Accountable for the acquisition of new individual and family accounts for MyMaxicare products and services.
Manages and ensures the retention and renewal of existing individual and family accounts to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth.
Assists in planning, organizing, and managing the activities of Health Benefit Executives (HBEs) in coordination with the Business Development Manager (BDM).
Supports the achievement of sales, productivity, and profitability targets of the team and department.
Helps establish sales objectives, strategies, and action plans aligned with corporate and departmental business goals.
Monitors team performance and provides coaching, guidance, and support to HBEs to drive productivity and improve sales results.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to strengthen customer retention and account growth.
