The Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore at Best Western Premier Hotel Gulberg. This role supports the sales team in achieving revenue targets by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and assisting in the development and execution of sales plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client visits, preparing proposals and contracts, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with operations and front office teams to ensure guest and client requirements are met. The Assistant Sales Manager will help organize and participate in sales events, maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts, and track market trends and competitor activities. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to drive room nights, meetings, and banquet business.
