- Lead revenue management initiatives for the property optimising occupancy Average Daily Rate (ADR) and RevPAR.
- Monitor market trends competitor pricing and booking patterns to identify revenue opportunities.
- Develop forecasts budgets and financial reports to support operational and strategic decisions.
Distribution & Channel Optimisation
- Manage all online and offline distribution channels to maximise revenue and market visibility.
- Ensure content accuracy and rate parity across OTAs GDS and direct booking platforms.
- Drive initiatives to increase direct bookings and enhance channel performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse guest segmentation booking patterns and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and insights for senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
