We are currently looking for a passionate and hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a vibrant, high-volume restaurant in the heart of Soho. The Role:
Supporting the Restaurant Manager and General Manager with the day-to-day running of the restaurant
Leading and motivating the floor team during busy services
Ensuring exceptional guest experience and service standards
Being highly present on the floor and leading by example
Assisting with team briefings, training, and daily operations
