To have a close working relationship with all stakeholders, restaurant managers and guests. Interact with outside contacts. Guests β to ensure their total satisfaction. Vendors β to ensure adequate inventory of supplies and equipment, to discuss pricing or service issues, to resolve any vendor performance issues, etc. Regulatory agencies β regarding safety and compliance matters. Recommend and/or Initiate disciplinary or other staffing/human resources-related actions in accordance with company rules and policies. Work closely with Restaurant Manager on planning and executing restaurant promotional activities. Wear your uniform with pride and grooming as per hotel standard. To assist other outletβs or department whenever requested by the HOD.
