The Centre for Menstrual Cycle Research (CMCR) is newly established and builds from the mahi of the Menstrual Health Research Network. Our goals centre around awa o te atua, the menstrual cycle, which is a key health indicator and a core aspect of overall wellbeing that is experienced by billions of people worldwide.

As a Centre, we aim to improve the mental, physical, and spiritual hauora of all those who have/have had menstrual cycles, and their communities, in Aotearoa New Zealand and across the Pacific.
