Job Description
KYC and Account Maintenance Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) onboarding process prior to drawdown and conduct post-drawdown reviews. Handle client account opening matters, including providing the account opening document checklist, assisting clients with completing account opening forms, collecting required information, and submitting subsequent account opening and e-banking applications. Assist in maintaining client accounts, including deposit inflows/outflows, fixed deposits, and various transactions and pricing matters. Credit Analysis and Review Conduct regular post-drawdown credit reviews to monitor loan performance and assess risk. Client Service and Liaison Provide ad-hoc services to bilateral customers as needed. Liaise with customers on account opening, deposit taking, and general transaction processes.
