Our client in the Affordable Housing industry is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join their team in Glen Burnie, Maryland. In this contract role, you will oversee the daily operations of public housing rental properties, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering exceptional service to tenants. Responsibilities:
+ Conduct annual recertification which includes research/investigation of tenants to verify income, medical conditions, etc.
+ Review and monitor accounts receivable
+ Ensure proper condition of unit and sites through inspections; input into software.
+ Organize, update and maintain client files according to HUD regulations and guidelines.
+ Ensure compliance with LIHTC/Tax Credit guidelines
