A growing private equity real estate investment firm focused on industrial properties is seeking an Assistant Property Controller to join its expanding accounting team. The firm manages a large national portfolio of industrial assets and recently closed a new fund ahead of target, creating strong momentum and growth opportunities internally.


Responsibilities

+ Oversee daily and monthly property accounting operations

+ Review lease documentation, tenant billbacks, CAM reconciliations, and AP processes

+ Manage compliance tasks including debt documentation and COI tracking

+ Coordinate with asset management, project management, and third-party administrators
