Responsibilities Plan, manage and deliver projects deliverables Develop project scopes, timelines, and resource plans. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, consultants and contractors. Source for new projects Compliance of Workplace, Safety and Health regulations (WSH) Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and estimates Monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle and report variances Prepare bills of quantities (BQs), tender documentation, and cost breakdowns. Evaluate costing and tenders, negotiate costing and recommend awards. Certify contractor payments, variations, and final accounts. Track project expenditures and billings.
