Job Scope - Plan, manage and oversee HDB construction projects from commencement to completion
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project schedule, progress, budget, quality, and safety requirements
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation and ensure proper record management
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress and issues
- Ensure work activities comply with project specifications, contract requirements, and regulatory standards
- Identify project risks and resolve site-related issues promptly
