Shirley Contracting Company, LLC is looking for Assistant Project Manager to work on various projects in the Richmond/Williamsburg/Hampton areas.
**Requirements:**
+ Works directly with the Project Manager to help implement project goals
+ 3 - 5 Years of construction management experience
+ Understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
+ Outstanding communication, negotiation, organizational and time-management skills
+ Proficient with computers and corresponding programs β Word, Excel, PowerPoint
+ A team player with leadership abilities
+ High School diploma or equivalent
+ Bachelorβs degree (preferred)
+ Must pass pre-employment physical/drug screening
**Responsibility:**
