Position: Assistant Project Manager (Architecture/Construction)
Location: Ubi / Client Site
Working hours: 5.5 days / 8 hours
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $7500 + AWS + Transport Claims + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities - Lead full project team to deliver within time, quality, and cost.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
- Manage deliverables, scope, changes, issues, and risks.
- Coordinate cross‑functional resolution and communication with main contractor.
- Monitor progress, performance, costs, and cash flow.
- Evaluate project outcomes and support dissemination activities.
- Work closely with client to meet business needs.
- Certify subcontractors’ progress claims.
