Bennett Aerospace, Inc. is seeking a qualified Assistant Program Manager to support contract operations and provide full managerial coverage during the absence of the Program Manager. The Assistant will be empowered to act with full authority on behalf of the Contractor regarding daily contract operations.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of contract operations when serving in place of the Program Manager.
+ Assist in managing staff performance, training, scheduling, and compliance with all contract requirements.
