Develop and deliver undergraduate courses in Tourism Guidance, Heritage Interpretation, and related areas using innovative student-centered and experiential teaching approaches.
Contribute to the design, review and continuous enhancement of the Tourism Guidance curriculum in alignment with national priorities, industry needs and international academic standards.
Conduct high-quality research in tourism and publish in reputable peer‑reviewed academic journals.
Apply and demonstrate proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies in both teaching and research activities.
Engage in interdisciplinary research and teaching initiatives across the College and the University.
