ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF MSE (MULTIPLE TRACKS)

The Department of Management, Strategy and Entrepreneurship (MS&E) at American University of Sharjah invites applicants for full‑time faculty positions at the Assistant Professor rank across three tracks:

• ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR (AND HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT) – Priority given to candidates with expertise in organizational behavior, including theories of management and organizational behavior, management and leadership development, group dynamics and team processes, and conflict management. Ability to teach courses in human resource management (e.g., strategic HRM, people analytics, training and development) is a plus.
• STRATEGY AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP – Priority given to candidates with expertise in organizational policy and strategy, global strategy, competitive analysis, entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, business venture, innovation management and strategic change.
