Job Title: Assistant Professor

(Specializations: Human Resource Management, Business Analytics–Operations)

Role & Responsibilities

• Teaching core and elective courses across MBA programmes.
• Academic advising, mentoring, and supervision of student research, live projects, capstone projects, internships, and industry-linked assignments.
• Design and implementation of experiential, case-based, and tool-driven pedagogy , including lab-based learning for Analytics / Operations courses.
