Position Overview This is a nine-month tenure‐track position at the Assistant or Associate level in the Department of Management. We seek colleagues interested in teaching human resource management, organizational behavior, and other general management courses. The successful candidate will demonstrate an outstanding record and potential to teach undergraduate and graduate‐level courses through innovative pedagogical approaches that emphasize the use of data for decision‐making. The candidate will also show outstanding potential for research and scholarly activities. Primary Responsibilities Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in management. Conduct research and engage in scholarly activities. Advise and mentor students and assist in recruitment. Contribute to curriculum development. Participate in accreditation procedures, program assessment. Provide service to the department, college, and university as required.
