Join Bounty Dairy as an (3iC) Assistant Dairy Production Manager. This role offers real responsibility, skills development, and the chance to impact the farm daily.

No two days are the same, and you’ll be involved across the full farming cycle, including:

• Supporting feed planning and pasture management to hit production targets
• Leading milking operations and maintaining high hygiene and milk quality standards
• Monitoring animal health
