Position Overview
The Product Marketing Manager will lead the end-to-end product marketing strategy across the KAYALI portfolio, managing the lifecycle of products from concept and assortment planning through to launch execution and post-launch performance optimization.
Product Strategy & Portfolio Management - Lead the global product marketing strategy across fragrance and future category expansions.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap in partnership with Product Development and leadership teams.
- Identify whitespace opportunities, category expansion opportunities, and consumer-led innovation opportunities.
- Evaluate portfolio performance and recommend actions to optimize productivity, profitability, and growth.
- Build business cases and commercial rationale for new product initiatives.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch analysis.
