**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Oversee daily operations of the rock quarry in Salado, Texas to ensure efficiency and productivity.
+ Achieve a production volume of 1.4 million tons per year while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
+ Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
+ Coordinate with various departments to optimize production and meet quality standards.
+ Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials.
+ Lead and develop a team to achieve operational goals and continuous improvement.
