The Assistant Plant Manager – AHC will support the Sparta Plant Manager. This role is accountable for leading the daily operations in Sparta’s multi-building manufacturing facility. The leader in this role will also be responsible for developing, communicating and deploying effective production manufacturing strategies and processes that enable achievement of safety, financial, production, and employment goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing management within the plastics industry, with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
