Job Responsibilities

Understands the hospital’s mission, vision and provides excellent customer service following correct patient care processes and clinical standards and practices of physiotherapy services.

Communicates the process and chain of command structure in reporting patient‑related incidents, complaints and other related concerns.

Demonstrates full compliance and competence with the American Hospital Dubai and Physical Therapy Department’s clinical policy and procedure, including patient and equipment safety, and infection prevention and control required to provide patient care.

Performs independently assigned clinical and technical tasks with confidence, prioritises tasks and applies critical thinking according to hospital and department clinical policy and procedures.
