**SUMMARY**

Provides fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient service to all Market 32 customers. Responsible for preparing, baking, and merchandising all patisserie bakery products under the direct supervision of the bakery team leader to promote optimal opportunity for sales. Maintains a clean and sanitized workstation in accordance with corporate and state sanitation regulations.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Assist with the patisserie bakery operation within the retail store environment to include preparation, baking, merchandising and final presentation of all patisserie bakery products. Consistently work to provide fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service always. Responsible for smiling, making eye contact, and thanking customer upon fulfilling customer's request.
