Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and spiritually grounded individual to shepherd and grow our church community through discipleship, evangelism, and prayer leadership. Key Responsibilities
Lead and shepherd one or more Care Groups (CGs)/tribes. Organize CG events for evangelism, discipleship, and community bonding. Provide leadership for the Prayer & Intercession Ministry. Develop and implement discipleship initiatives such as RPG, and Bible reading within CGs. Oversee and support church-wide events and ministry activities. Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Pastors. Strengthen prayer leadership and intercession culture. Successfully plan and execute ministry events and initiatives. Requirements
