Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets.
- Ensure excellent guest service standards are met and guest complaints are handled when necessary.
- Train supervise and motivate staff to ensure compliance with Accor brands standards.
- Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed in line with company policies.
- Support promotional activities events and initiatives to boost outlet performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team management abilities.
- Ability to motivate the team.
