Assistant or Associate Professor - Community-Based Physician Faculty (03-317-213): The Department of Radiation Oncology, at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, ranked top 5 in NIH Research funding, is recruiting for Radiation Oncologist at the Assistant / Associate Professor, non-tenure track level to provide services for our community and downtown based locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in a career in community based academic radiation oncology with their primary practice location based in the community. The primary expectations in our community practices is to facilitate patient volume, actively participate in clinical trials, as well as develop collaborative relationships with local clinical providers. There may be an opportunity to spend time at our downtown facilities to enhance the availability of advanced radiation modalities for the patients at the community radiation oncology practice.
