We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant, Operations Admin (FIM) to join our team at Goldbell Leasing Pte Ltd. This full-time role is based in our Senoko North Region office and is essential in supporting the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing - End-to-End Claims Management: Oversee Own Damage (OD) and Third-Party claims, coordinating with hirers, contractors, and insurers to ensure timely resolution.
- Liability & Settlement: Work closely with settlement teams to close high-liability cases (against GBL) at acceptable prices.
- Fleet Recovery & Oversight: Liaise daily with appointed contractors and internal workshops for repair quotations, monitoring vehicle collection to ensure rapid turnaround time (TAT).
