Job Description
Support the onboarding of agents by handling licensing, contracting and due diligence procedure and documentation, and preparing agency agreements and financing-related documents.
Assist in handling the new agentsβ onboarding process in accordance with the protocol and relevant guidelines, including documents and due diligence checking, file preparation, system updates, and contract signing arrangements.
Support HKIA, Investment link registration processes, including new applications, renewals, and annual CPD administration, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in identifying areas for improvement to enhance team efficiency.
Provide administrative and operational support for ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Higher Diploma / University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
