**Job Description**

The Assistant Nurse Manager is a Registered Professional Nurse with broad knowledge and skills who acts as clinical leader in the daily functioning of the unit and oversight of quality patient care delivery, in conjunction with, or in the absence of, the Clinical Nurse Manager.

We have multiple openings for the following specialties at Mount Sinai West:

+ Medical Surgical
+ Telemetry
+ Orthopedics
+ Critical Care
+ Step Down

Shift: Evenings; 1pm- 11pm

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor of Science with a major in nursing required, master's in nursing or health related field preferred.
+ Licensed as a registered nurse with current registration in New York State.
+ Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in the relevant clinical area; charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
+ Must have relevant clinical competence in area of nursing practice assigned.
+ ACLS and BCLS from AHA required.<...
