**Overview**

Saint Francis Hospital is seeking an **Assistant Nurse Manager** to join our **Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) Unit** , a **newly renovated 32-bed unit** and **nationally recognized Center of Excellence for Heart Failure** .

This leadership role supports patients with **acute and chronic CHF** , AFib, CAD, STEMI, pacemaker/ICD placements, and future **LVAD services** . The Nurse Leader I provides frontline leadership, operational oversight, and staff support while promoting evidence-based care and a respectful, healing environment.
