The role of the Assistant Night Manager is to oversee the Night Porter team and assist them in performing night-time duties in the absence of the Nights Manager. This key position involves setting up function rooms/meeting rooms/ ensuring the cleanliness of the hotel and displaying a hands-on approach to work to be completed at night-time.
