Job description: Perform microbial testing and analysis using standard laboratory techniques. Assist with other microbiological and molecular analyses as needed. Ensure quality control procedures are followed and equipment is properly calibrated. Perform calculations, interpret results, and prepare accurate reports. Support additional duties as assigned to maintain lab operations. Requirements: Science related degree in Food, Microbiology or Biotechnology preferred. Candidates without tertiary education may also apply. Prior lab experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Ability to multitask and work independently. Strong team spirit and a positive working attitude.
