To maintain the image and reputation of the marina as the benchmark and leading marina in the region, through continual monitoring of the competition and the connections already made with powerboat manufacturers. Responsible for the operations of the on water aspects of the marina to include berthing, berthing bookings, berth allocation, vessel movements, and the safe operation
of the marina to include health and safety and fire prevention.
