About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Assistant Manager, HR Digitalization & Analytics to drive the transformation of our HR systems and practices. In this role, you will lead HR digitalization initiatives, support the implementation of a centralized HRIS, and develop data‑driven insights to support strategic decision‑making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
HR Digitalization
- Lead and support the end‑to‑end implementation of a centralized Human Resource Information System (HRIS), including both new deployments and continuous improvements.
- Map current HR processes and identify opportunities for automation and standardization.
- Review and align HR policies, procedures, and SOPs with system capabilities and best practices.
