Job Title: Assistant Cost & Contract Manager
Manage and monitor project budgets, cost control, and contract-related matters.
Follow up on tendering, procurement, contract awards, and payment processes.
Review Bill of Quantities (BQ), Variation Orders (VO), and Final Accounts.
Monitor project progress claims and related cost analysis works.
Manage contract execution, including Extension of Time (EOT), performance bonds, and insurance renewals.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams on related matters.
Prepare budget reports, cost reports, and management reports.
Supervise and guide team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Company or superior from time to time.
