The job holder will be part of a dynamic team that manages the issue and renewal of work passes for foreign employees. They will be responsible for supporting the Issuance and Renewal Section in running its daily operations in an efficient and effective manner; and implementing initiatives to support policy and service delivery outcomes.

• Oversee daily operations for work pass issuance and renewal, ensuring foreign employees fulfil prerequisites including Security Bond and medical insurance requirements, whilst ensuring the team delivers the necessary policy and service outcomes.
