Job Description
Work with senior management in reviewing and enhancing People practices, engagement, acquisition, development, retention, and beyond. Lead the development and implementation of key People related initiatives across Sea and its subsidiaries.Review people analytics and derive insights to support core People related decisions.Identify and analyse industry trends, best practices, and case studies for People related functions.
