Provide support on full spectrum of Compensation and Benefits duties covering performance management, budget planning, benefit and insurance administration, payroll administration, leave management, HRIS & Payroll systems, flexi-ben administration, etc. to ensure meeting of corporate strategic goals and objectives.
Perform salary & benefits benchmarking and analysis, including but not limited to market survey participation, annual salary review proposal & budgeting while staying updated with industry salary trends.
Review and update policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits that aligned with corporate guidelines to ensure efficient practices and legal compliance.
Support yearly performance management review for annual salary review exercise, variable bonus plan, promotion recommendation and market adjustment.
