JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive Assistant Manager – Warehouse to oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch. The role ensures inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, compliance with safety standards, and effective coordination with internal departments to support smooth supply chain operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and documentation.
Ensure inventory accuracy and implement FIFO and FEFO methods for stock management.
Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment to prevent stock shortages.
Maintain physical stock records and reconcile inventory with the ERP system.
Plan warehouse capacity and operations during seasonal peaks such as Ramzan, Eid, and other events.
Maintain warehouse hygiene, temperature control, and safety standards as per SOPs.
