Position Overview

                    Role Introduction
Reports to: Training and Reassignment Manager
To assist Training & Reassignment Manager in managing the production of an efficient training roster for flight crew, monitoring and handle any roster changes after roster publication for flight crew, cabin crew of Cathay and Air Hong Kong Resources to meet the company business operating plan. To monitor crew resources reassignment are comply with Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (HKCAD) rules, company policy, and in a cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and developing performance measurements for flight crew training and reassignment issues and to proactively make recommendations to the Training and Reassignment Manager for continuous improvement
Handling and investigating crew’s enquiries related to flight crew training and reassignment rosters
Enhancing the performance of the section through appropriate automation and process improvements
