Key Responsibilities e-Registry Implementation - Gather user requirements and contribute to system development.
- Analyse current filing systems and develop digital file plans.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing and monitor system progress.
Records Management & Change Management - Roll out records management initiatives and increase staff awareness.
- Design and deliver training programmes; develop communication materials.
- Guide staff through digital system transitions.
