About the Job:

The Assistant Manager, TikTok Shop Merchandising is responsible for owning the end-to-end product catalog, site merchandising, and on-platform shopping experience for ELC's full TikTok Shop brand portfolio in North America. This role ensures every product is set up for commercial success on TikTok Shop — from launch readiness and listing quality, to optimization, promotional execution, and catalog health.

Beyond execution, this role serves as the in-house merchandising expert for TikTok Shop, developing scalable playbooks, identifying optimization opportunities, and translating performance data into recommendations that influence brand and channel strategy.
