Responsibilities:
1. Material Receipt & Inward Processing Handle end-to-end receipt of all gate-inward materials.
Carry out physical verification of incoming materials against delivery documents.
Report and escalate discrepancies such as shortages, damages, or wrong materials.
Ensure timely GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processing and follow-up for approvals. 2. Material Storage & Locationing Plan and assign proper storage locations for all materials.
Ensure safe, systematic, and 5S-compliant storage practices.
Work on space planning for new project raw materials and optimize storage usage. 3. Inventory Control & Management Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy.
Conduct periodic cycle counts and support perpetual inventory audits.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO adherence for all materials, especially chemicals and paints. 4. SAP & System Activities Perform SAP transactions related to inward, outward, GRN, and gate pass creation.
